Senior Business Analyst
Senior Business Analyst for Oxnard, CA to develop digital & analytics tools to support operational decision-making; develop & optimize analytical models using operations research methods; develop proof-of-concepts for digital projects; develop automated reports, dashboards & advanced analytics tools; develop reports on model inputs & outputs, observed outputs, business performance, and KPIs; and communicate analytical insights to cross-functional stakeholders to drive business decision-making. Requires Master’s in C.S., Electrical Engineering or closely-related quantitative field & 3 yrs experience developing analytics tools and automated reports; presenting data-driven insights & KPIs to business teams; developing executive dashboards using data reporting tools, including Spotfire, Tableau, AWS QuickSight and/or Power BI and/or Looker; developing scripts in SQL, VBA, R and/or Python; building automated workflows & dataflows using Python executables and/or Power Automate; developing data engineering pipelines to migrate data across data warehouses in MS SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, AWS and/or Google BigQuery; developing predictive forecasting machine learning models using ARIMA, Prophet, and/or DeepAR; using data science platforms, including Domino Data Lab, AWS SageMaker and/or Anaconda; using version control integrated systems, including Azure DevOps, GitHub and/or GitLab. Will also accept Bachelor’s in above fields and 5 years progressive, post-Bachelor’s stated experience. Up to 5% U.S. and/or int’l travel req’d. Telecommuting permitted from home office location within reasonable commuting distance of Oxnard, CA up to 4 days per week. Salary Range: Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $117,000.00 to $130,000.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. The offered salary may vary within this range based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
