This position is located in Hudson, OH
Hours of operation are 8:15am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
Ongoing training and development
Responsibilities for the Pharmacy Technician:
Extensive patient enrollment and profile building to include in and out bound calls
Data entry of new and refill prescriptions
Filling of new and refill prescriptions
Maintain sufficient and accurate inventory
Resolve third party issues with payers and providers
Coordinate vast interdepartmental patient care and service
Participate and contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance improvement meetings
Assist Compliance Department to ensure pharmacy operations and personnel are following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Key Requirements:
State Certified Pharmacy Technician or imminent plans to become Certified within 6 months.
2 years pharmacy experience
Ability to work in a rapidly growing and fast paced environment
Must possess and demonstrate excellent telecommunication skills and superb customer service
Proficient word processing abilities as well as computer/system navigation
Prior PioneerRx experience will be extremely beneficial
High School diploma or equivalent
