Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor - Food & Beverage Operations

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations that support multiple food and beverage outlets. This role ensures accurate inventory control, timely product receiving, and efficient distribution to support consistent service levels. The position offers a stable Monday-Friday schedule with a strong work/life balance.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $24-$26 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday.
• Hours: 40 hours per week.
• Benefits: Full benefits package offered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and check in food and beverage products.
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Organize and store products according to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate product distribution to food and beverage outlets.
• Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist with purchasing and ordering based on usage and par levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, move, and stack products as required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or inventory management experience preferred.
• Experience in food and beverage or hospitality environments a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and purchasing.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Work Environment:
This position supports fast-paced food and beverage operations and requires hands-on involvement in daily warehouse activities.
