Job Description:
Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and data teams by translating requirements into actionable Tableau dashboards that deliver clear, data-driven insights.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders to gather and interpret reporting and analytics requirements
Translate business needs into clear data specifications for data developers
Enhance, expand, and optimize existing Tableau dashboards independently
Apply Tableau best practices for performance, usability, and visual clarity
Proactively recommend and implement dashboard improvements
Design interactive dashboards that turn complex data into actionable insights
Document dashboard enhancements, logic, and data workflows
Provide guidance to business users on dashboard usage and data interpretation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
5 years of experience building dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
Advanced Tableau skills (dashboard development, optimization, best practices)
Proven experience in business analysis or data visualization roles
Strong analytical ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Experience partnering with data development teams
Working knowledge of SQL
Strong data acumen and attention to detail
Nice-to-Haves:
Salesforce experience
Asset management or financial services industry experience
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts
