This is a remote position.

We are  seeking a Workday Technical Analyst with experience in successful end-to-end medium to complex implementations or support of Workday BIRT.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to work with the geographically dispersed team on solution design, development, testing delivery and documentation.
  
• Analyze requirements and prototype the configuration.
  
• Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns.
  
• Maintain and support of current BIRT configuration by resolving break-fixes, deploying enhancements and recommending improvements, as necessary.
  
• Facilitate transfer of knowledge to associates on the developed configuration, when Client desires.
  

Requirements

Mandatory Skillsets / Qualification / Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years exposure to Studio integrations and at least 3-4 BIRT end to end developments
  
• Strong experience in medium to complex BIRT build in Compensation Statements, and Talent Card, across multiple geographies, and different languages
  
• Strong knowledge of Data Exchange formats like XML and transformation using XSLT.
  
• Experience in development of complex reports and calculated fields.
  
• Experience in Change Management and Production deployment for WD Integrations.
  
• Exposure to Mulesoft, MFT and other tools used as Integration middleware.
  
• Good understanding of Workday Studio Integration related security.
  
• Good understanding of Workday web services/API.
  
• Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player.

Good to Have Skillsets:

• Working knowledge in associated Workday functional areas such as Compensation, Advanced Compensation.
