Sushi Chef at Sunny's Sushi

Sunny's Sushi is the Best Sushi in El Paso, famous for providing a top-notch dining experience. As an El Paso owned and operated restaurant for over 20 years, we take pride in delivering exceptional sushi to our customers.

About the Role:

Prepare all types of sushi using various raw fish and ingredients
Select fresh fruits and vegetables to create high-quality dishes, such as avocado, mango, and carrots
Manage food prep activities, including making sushi rice
Coordinate with our wait staff to ensure proper cooking, considering special requests and food allergies
Monitor food stock and check rice pH levels
Maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and clean your space at the end of the shift
Follow all health inspection protocols and procedures
