About the Role:

• Prepare all types of sushi using various raw fish and ingredients
• Select fresh fruits and vegetables to create high-quality dishes, such as avocado, mango, and carrots
• Manage food prep activities, including making sushi rice
• Coordinate with our wait staff to ensure proper cooking, considering special requests and food allergies
• Monitor food stock and check rice pH levels
• Maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and clean your space at the end of the shift
• Follow all health inspection protocols and procedures
