Job Description

Social Media and Marketing Manager Location Atlanta, GA :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Social Media:

  • Source and manage photographers to ensure high-quality visual content for social media platforms.
  • Create and schedule social content calendars for each account across all social channels
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Research growth opportunities with influencers and third parties
  • Support and create content at on- and off-site events

Integrated Marketing:

  • Work on creating a marketing plan for FY 2024 and beyond
  • Project management of the initiatives in the marketing plan
  • Coordinate and foster engagement in cross-functional teams to execute the plan
  • Create a promotional content calendar and coordinate social media, PR and on-site teams to strategically communicate it
  • Create and upkeep an effective e-mail marketing program, anticipating client needs and revenue opportunities
  • Continuously improve CRM efforts towards strategic campaign distribution
  • Develop and deploy e-blasts and newsletters to engage with customers and promote brand initiatives.
  • Manage online profiles and listings on third-party platforms
  • Oversee website updates and maintenance
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales at physical locations.
  • Coordinate local advertising efforts, including print ads, flyers, and signage.
  • Cultivate partnerships with local businesses and organizations to expand brand reach within the community.
  • Coordinate with PR teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all marketing channels.

Competencies & Qualifications:

  • Experience in restaurants, Food & Beverage
  • Graphic design experience
  • Bachelor's degree in communications/marketing, business, or a related field
  • A passion for the restaurant industry and the culinary arts
  • Hardworking, organized self-starter with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret analytics and determine proper KPIs for ROI and business growth
  • Strong writer with a vested interest in social media

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Paid time off
