• It is 100% Remote position.
  
• THIS POSITION WILL ALLOW 35.00 - HOURS PER WEEK. PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME THAT OVERTIME WILL BE ALLOWED.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Elicit, understand, and document business requirements
• Conduct Business and System research and analysis and prepare documentation
• Translate requirements and constraints into functional and non-functional requirements and mock-ups of the application
• Provide leadership and direction to business analysts across Client delivery teams to ensure that their work and requirements is in alignment with the overall Client system requirements
• Perform validation of business, functional and non-functional requirements with stakeholders
• Design and execute user acceptance test cases, test suites and test plans
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing and Demonstrations, verifying that the application meets customer acceptance criteria and end user expectations
• Contribute to new technology projects as assigned
• Prepare high-level design documentation, business requirements documentation and supplemental functional and non functional requirements documentation
• Act as liaison between Business, Development, Conversion, and Testing teams
• Document, communicate, and facilitate correction of requirements changes discovered during the implementation and seek sign offs.
• Work with the teams to ensure appropriate follow through to resolution.
  

Requirements

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• At least 8 years of experience developing and employing functional and non-functional requirements artifacts (Use Cases, Epics, Features, User Stories, Requirements Definition, Process Definitions, User Interface Wireframes, Data Dictionaries, Field Level Mappings for Data Integration to and from COTS and custom applications).
• Experience in business requirements elicitation and creating workflows for major systems.
• Experience providing leadership and direction to business analysts working on multiple teams to deliver large complex systems.
• Experience with Agile Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology.
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS solutions.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Creating workflows for major systems
  
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing, disseminating, and interpreting policies and procedures
• Ability to understand business requirements and document them into a functional specification
• Ability to work with architects, developers, engineers, and domain experts to document non-functional requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Determining and documenting requirements for APIs
• Familiarity with Azure API Management
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps
