Job Description

Salary: $73,800 - 220,400 per year Requirements:

• I hold a Bachelor's degree (or have at least 12 years of work experience, or 6 years with an Associate’s degree) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• I possess 2 years of programming experience with languages like Python, C++, or Java.
• I have 1 year of programming experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (such as PyTorch, TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning, or natural language processing.
• Bonus: I have 4 years of programming experience with languages like Python, C++, or Java.
• Bonus: I have 2 years of programming experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning, or natural language processing.
• Bonus: I have 1 year of experience in conducting research in machine learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
• I hold a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• As an Advanced AI Software Engineer, I am tasked with developing and deploying advanced AI models and systems aimed at solving real-world problems and fostering business innovation. My work entails:
• Designing, developing, and implementing innovative AI models and systems aligned with the latest research and industry trends.
• Converting research prototypes into production-ready code and scalable solutions.
• Optimizing algorithms and models to enhance performance, efficiency, and reliability in practical applications.
• Deploying AI models and systems into production settings and ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows and infrastructure.
• Collaborating with software engineers to incorporate AI solutions into products and services while tackling technical and scalability challenges.
• Monitoring and maintaining deployed models, making necessary improvements to uphold their effectiveness.

I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to ensure that AI solutions align with business goals. Providing technical guidance and support to team members on AI development and deployment challenges is also part of my role. I communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

I stay updated with the latest advancements in AI research and technology, applying relevant innovations to enhance our AI systems and models. Conducting experiments and assessments to validate model performance while identifying improvement areas is crucial to my contributions in the innovation pipeline.

Travel may be a component of this role, ranging from 0 to 100% based on business and client needs. I will be required to work onsite at our Generative AI Center of Excellence in Mountain View, CA.
