We are looking for a Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager RN to join our rapidly expanding team in New York City, NY. Our motto, compromise nothing, translates not only to our clients but to our staff as well. The RN Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining patient specific care plans and ensuring these plans are followed and to provide for the patient's ongoing needs for private pay concierge level home care. 70% fieldwork is required for a small caseload with great attention to detail. Salary for the full-time position is $110,000 to $130,000, consistent with related experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Current RN license in good standing BSN preferred Minimum (2) two year recent clinical experience within a Home Care setting Strong assessment and organizational skills Prior supervisory experience with field staff Demonstrated successful track record of working independently

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures the quality of patient care Develops care plans Obtains the necessary physician orders for the home care cases as required by State regulations. Ensures that changes in the patient's medical or mental condition are reported to the attending physician and to the Agency employees involved in the patient's care. Supervises and supports the home care team. Striving to improve the lives and sustainability of our clients by supporting their autonomy in the home environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits:
