Envoy Recruitment is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations, staff performance, and patient care delivery within a high-performing Cardiac Catheterization Lab.
In this leadership role, youll oversee day-to-day operations, ensure adherence to clinical standards, support departmental growth, drive quality outcomes, and partner closely with the Director of Cardiovascular Services on strategic initiatives. This position plays a major role in ensuring safe, efficient, and exceptional care for cardiovascular patients across the procedural environment.
Oversee patient care delivery and workflow across Cath Lab procedural areas
Ensure all clinical standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements are consistently met
Lead staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
Support accreditation, policy compliance, and safety initiatives
Assist the Director of Cardiovascular Services in setting strategic goals and service-line priorities
Participate in annual budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
Drive quality improvement and oversee all quality reporting functions
Provide mentorship, coaching, and leadership to nursing, radiology, and procedural staff
Conduct performance evaluations and competencies
Foster a collaborative, high-performance Cath Lab culture
Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Associate or Bachelor's required)
Bachelors degree required; BSN preferred
For RCIS or RTR pathways: Bachelors degree required
Licensure & Certifications
Active Multi-State RN License (or must obtain within 30 days if relocating from another compact state)
AHA BLS (required within 7 days of hire)
AHA ACLS (required during orientation)
RCIS or RTR preferred
SCRQSA Certification required within 30 days
Yes full responsibility for clinical and operational staff oversight
