Job Description

LaSalle Network is teaming up with a global technology company based in the western suburbs of Chicago looking to bring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on board.

We are seeking a highly adaptable and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a fast-paced, high-volume environment where your ability to pivot quickly and manage multiple priorities will be critical. The role offers exposure to a variety of TA projects, including branding and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage internal promotions and lateral moves, ensuring smooth transitions and timely communication.
Handle part-time hiring, contractor conversions, and agency-sourced offers.
Review and follow up on referrals missed in the system.
Maintain and manage the TA inbox.
Process approximately 9–10 promotions per week in a high-volume environment.
Support future TA projects, including branding and training initiatives.
Collaborate with RPO partners on hourly requisitions as needed.
Utilize Oracle ATS to track and manage candidates (experience preferred).

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR coordination, preferably in large organizations (1,000+ employees).
Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Quick learner, able to hit the ground running.
Experience with Oracle ATS is a plus.
