Job Description:

• The ideal candidate will manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive business growth.
• The candidate will work in a day shift, contributing to the company's strategic goals and enhancing our impact on society.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee financial operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on financial matters.
• Implement and maintain financial controls to mitigate risks.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial stability.
• Evaluate and improve financial processes and systems for efficiency.
• Support audit processes and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Manage relationships with external partners, including auditors and financial institutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Must have strong experience in FICO, with a deep understanding of financial operations and compliance.
• Should possess excellent analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Must have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Should be proficient in financial reporting and analysis tools. - Must have experience in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Should be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Should be proactive in identifying and addressing financial issues.
• Must have strong problem-solving skills to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Should be able to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model.
• Must have a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
• Should have experience in managing relationships with external partners.
• Must be able to provide guidance and support to team members on financial matters.
