Premium Airport Lounge Attendant

Delta Sky Club, Atlanta

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Location: Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport

Candidates must be able to successfully pass a TSA background check and be authorized to work in the United States.

Your Impact:

As a Premium Airport Lounge Attendant , you will be a visible ambassador of the Delta Sky Club brand, ensuring every guest feels valued from arrival to departure. You will contribute to an atmosphere of calm, cleanliness, and sophistication while supporting seamless daily operations.

What You Will Do:

  • Greet guests with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine service mindset.
  • Maintain an immaculate lounge environment that reflects Delta Sky Club luxury standards.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with care and discretion.
  • Support food and beverage service with attention to presentation, freshness, and detail.
  • Restock and maintain lounge amenities throughout the day.
  • Collaborate with culinary, service, and leadership teams to deliver a consistent premium experience.
  • Uphold all safety, sanitation, and service standards required in an airport environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests courteously and efficiently.
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain buffet areas, seating, and service stations.
  • Clear and reset tables to maintain a refined, welcoming environment.
  • Assist with food preparation support, storage, and inventory as needed.
  • Operate or assist with dishwashing and service ware sanitation.
  • Follow all food safety, allergy awareness, and HACCP procedures.
  • Comply with Sodexo and Delta Sky Club safety, security, and risk management policies.
  • Attend required training sessions, safety meetings, and service briefings.
  • Maintain high standards for personal presentation and work areas.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on lounge needs.

Schedule and Availability:

  • Flexible availability required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Two years of experience in a premium hospitality or service environment preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to eight hours.
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds regularly.
  • Visual acuity including close, distance, and peripheral vision.

Working Environment:

  • Climate controlled, indoor lounge environment.
  • Moderate to high noise levels during peak travel times.
  • Occasional exposure to varying temperatures when supporting airport operations.
