Nursing Req #: 61048 Maine Medical Center - Portland is seekinga Lactation Consultant – RN (IBCLC) to join our team. In this role you may cover core Lactation areas with specialization in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Continuing Care Nursery Lactation coverage. Summary The Registered Nurse - Lactation Consultant role provides breastfeeding support and education for patients and families. This role will develop, coordinate and maintain the nursing mother support service for inpatients and outpatients and will utilize evidence-based interventions that will foster optimum infant nutrition.
