Description of the role: This position as a Real Estate Assistant at Team Sharif Sells in Robbinsville, NJ, involves providing administrative support to real estate agents, organizing and managing paperwork, and assisting in listing and marketing properties. **The ideal candidate is a licensed agent who is looking for steady income, excels at handling administrative tasks, and prefers working behind the scenes rather than showing homes or attending appointments.   • Email Management
  • Organize paperwork and documents related to real estate transactions
  • Assist in scheduling property showings and open houses
  • Support agents in buyer transactions and listing properties
  • Communicate with clients to arrange appointments and provide updates
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth transactions
Requirements:
  • Licensed Real Estate Agent preferred or 5+ years as a Real Estate Assistant
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and real estate software like, Docusign & Zipforms. *Previous experience working with Follow Up Boss is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
