Ray Laethem is looking to hire a full time Product Specialist to join our team. As an Automotive Product Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting, educating, and assisting customers with our automotive sales process. You will work closely with the Sales and Finance Managers to provide expert product knowledge and enhance the customer journey, ensuring that every client gets the most out of their vehicle and our offerings. Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with expert knowledge about new and used vehicles, including features, options, and benefits
• Assist customers in identifying their needs and guiding them to the best vehicle options
• Work alongside experienced sales consultants, receiving on-the-job training
• Support the sales team in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and current promotions
• Assist with vehicle presentations and test drives
• Manager customer inquiries and follow up on leads
• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Driver's License
• Personal Auto Insurance
• No Experience Necessary
