We are seeking an experienced procurement Manager (PM) with a strong background in purchase order processes . This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring seamless coordination with procurement teams, vendors, and finance departments. The ideal candidate understands the end-to-end PO lifecycle and can bridge operational efficiency with strategic project execution.
Key Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional projects with a focus on procurement and purchase order management.
Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely creation, approval, and tracking of POs.
Monitor budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement schedules within project timelines.
Maintain clear communication with suppliers and stakeholders to resolve PO-related issues.
Analyze procurement risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Use project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) for tracking progress and PO status.
Prepare project reports, documentation, and post-project evaluations.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field.
3 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a procurement-heavy environment.
Strong understanding of purchase order systems , lifecycle, and procurement best practices.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, NetSuite, etc.).
PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification (preferred).
Excellent organizational, communication, and vendor management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
