As a Print Production Manager you will be the primary point of contact and liaison between our clients and our Creative and Project Management teams. You will provide project and print production management expertise for print campaigns and associated programs, including scheduling, estimating, obtaining job detail information, job tracking and invoicing. You must be proactive, quick thinking, a problem solver and ultra-organized, ensuring account satisfaction and service excellence. The Print Production Manager will project manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of print and print-related projects, assessing client needs, determining goals and coordinating projects. This includes resolving and escalating issues and barriers.
Responsibilities
Work is typically performed under minimal to no supervision, with only guidance about overall goals and work objectives. Must be able to define work based on evaluation of short-term and long-term goals of the department. Able to independently evaluate processes, identify areas of improvement and incorporate into overall work objectives.
● Act as primary liaison between client and creative teams, effectively collaborating
and consulting with internal and external clients.
● Apply a broad knowledge of catalog/retail, packaging and print production
workflows.
● Establish and promote excellent client relations through effective and proactive
communications to update clients and other stakeholders on project status.
● Enter and track a high volume of data-related work components and updates to client
project tracking system.
● Lead day-to-day management and optimization of print projects, entering specifications
using job management software, and ensuring proper priority is given to each job to meet
client expectations.
● Demonstrate understanding in each area of project management, including
design, prepress and print production.
● Attend and set relevant client meetings, production and project management status
calls, bringing in appropriate resources from Creative Services, as needed.
● Maintain contact with clients, project managers, creative and print production specialists
to set project milestones, create project estimates, track schedules, advise of job progress, scheduling concerns, and any requests for
● Perform invoicing, forecasting on a pre-set deadline and monitor client’s budgets for
accuracy and timeliness.
● Track and report on quality metrics, strategize with the client and deliver services,
which will attract and retain customer loyalty.
● Train other employees as needed.
● Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Location: This position is hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote) and subject to change based on business needs. Seeking local candidates in the Atlanta area.

The national pay range for this role is $62,800 - $111,400/year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
