About the Role
Are you detail-oriented and eager to grow in the field of premium auditing? We're looking for a Premium Audit Assistant to support our audit department with administrative tasks, data entry, and appointment scheduling. This role offers a great opportunity to learn about audit procedures and workers' compensation rules, providing a strong foundation for career advancement in premium auditing.

What You'll Do
✅ Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate team members
✅ Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
✅ Scan, print, and organize documents for the audit team
✅ Schedule and confirm physical audit appointments
✅ Learn auditing and workers' compensation rules, including studying NCCI manuals
✅ Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For
✔ High school diploma or equivalent
✔ At least one year of office experience
✔ Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
✔ Proficiency with computers and data entry
✔ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
✔ Ability to travel occasionally, if needed
