Oral Surgery Receptionist Location Mequon, WI :

Our multi-location Oral Surgery practice completes a spectrum of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from dental implant surgery and wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery and facial trauma. The doctors and staff in our offices strive to provide excellence in surgical care administered in a friendly and compassionate manner.

We are looking for someone who will travel from office to office, based on the needs of the company. We have six locations: Menomonee Falls, Brookfield, Mequon, Port Washington, Glendale and Mayfair.

Responsibilities:

• Answer multi-line phone system
• Schedule patient appointments
• Data entry of patient information
• Scanning patient information
• Confirm patient appointments
• Calling referring dental offices
• Collect payment for services
• Prepare new electronic patient charts
• Communicate with billing department
• Open and close the office
• Mail Sorting
• Light housekeeping
• Travel to different locations based on needs

Our office is searching for a full time receptionist to work 40 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary with an excellent bonus package including medical, dental, vision insurance as well as 401(k) and pension plan.
