The Role

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Online Tutor at Filo. The Online Tutor will be responsible for conducting interactive video sessions, explaining concepts, assisting students with problem-solving, and ensuring a positive learning experience. Tutors are expected to be available to help students in real-time and make learning engaging and effective.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Experience in tutoring or teaching
• Patience and empathy towards students
• Knowledge of various subjects or specialized areas
• Comfortable using online tutoring platforms
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet student needs
• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
