Explain mobile clinic logistics and answer patient questions about services.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and handle sensitive data professionally.
Support basic admin tasks (mail/shipments, supply awareness) as needed.
MediClear certification (or equivalent) required
Minimum 1 year medical office/front-desk experience.
Strong phone presence, excellent verbal/written communication, and customer-service orientation.
Proficient with computers and practice management/EMR systems.
Detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-moving environment and comfortable traveling daily with a mobile unit.
Able to handle confidential information and pass background/employment checks.
