Job Description

LHB has an opening for a Marketing Coordinator in our Minneapolis office. You will be the point person bringing all the pieces together to create a winning proposal and other marketing pieces. Position Summary

The responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:

  • Write and proofread business, technical, and social media communication.
  • Gather, refine, and post content to our internal SharePoint site.
  • Coordinate and edit our quarterly internal newsletter.
  • Coordinate all functions related to the production of proposals and other marketing materials: team coordination, layout, research, etc.
  • Strategize with department peers and firm leaders to plan and carry out marketing plan initiatives.
  • Design and layout marketing materials, including proposals, brochures, infographics, presentations, website, and social media content.
  • Identify, coordinate, initiate, and document B2B opportunities including speaking engagements and tradeshows, lead generation, and partnerships.
  • Maintain and improve systems and procedures, including CRM system and image library.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism or related major and two years of experience in a related position.
  • Upon receipt of an offer of employment, applicants must be able to successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that will include a criminal/civil background check and drug screen, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PC Software experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CoPilot and SharePoint), Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Deltek Vantagepoint CRM (or similar), Open Asset or other DAM platform, and various social media networks.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in an A/E firm, service industry, news service, or arts organization.

Salary Range

  • This position’s anticipated base salary range is $47,700-$68,750 annually (This position is eligible for yearend and profit-sharing bonuses, as well as pay for all hours that exceed 40 in a work week). Offer will be determined based on the selected candidate s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as pay parity among our team.
