Occasional Saturdays may be required. + **Reports To** : Manager - Market III + **Compensation** : This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the salary/hourly wage range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position: $60,000-$65,000 per year. You'll spend time in the field inspecting jobs, auditing installation teams, and coordinating with clients to make sure everything runs smoothly. This is a client-facing role where you'll build strong relationships, solve problems in real time, and help deliver excellent service. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering CRST's promise of safety, quality, and reliable service to our Whirlpool partner. **What You'll Do** + Inspect and verify installations to meet safety, manufacturer, and company standards + Conduct workmanship and customer service audits; document and report findings + Serve as the primary contact for site supervisors and clients on scheduling and readiness + Provide coaching and feedback to installation teams based on audit results + Participate in daily reporting, dock meetings, and operations calls + Step in as backup support for Operations or Warehouse leadership when needed **What Great Looks Like** + Strong communicator who can build relationships with clients and teams + Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities + Resilient and adaptable in dynamic field environments + Service-oriented with a commitment to customer satisfaction + Able to solve problems and make decisions independently in the field **Qualifications** **Required** + High school diploma or GED + Field-based experience in inspections, audits, or operations support + Strong communication and organizational skills + Ability to lead through influence and coach others **Preferred** + A two-year degree or equivalent work experience with demonstrated success + Experience in construction, installation, or logistics + Familiarity with audit and compliance reporting processes **Why CRST** **?** For 70 years, CRST has been delivering promises and driving success through resilience, dedication, and talent.
