House Manager A prominent client is hiring an experienced House Manager for their beautiful Bridgehampton, NY residence. This is a full-time, year-round position. This is a fully-staffed home that reports into a well-established Family Office. Responsibilities will include: Assume responsibility for the smooth operation of the residence and property Manage the interior team and coordinate with the Property Caretaker Report to the Family Office team Oversee hospitality in the residence ensuring an elevated experience for the principals and their guests Manage intimate parties and coordinate with the catering team for groups of 10+ Plan and oversee seasonal deep cleaning Lead special projects Maintain inventories Coordinate staff schedules Qualifications: Strong front-of-house skills with a preference for candidates with a background in high-end hospitality Experience leading successful teams in private homes an accountable and encouraging manager who brings out the best in their colleagues Excellent, verifiable references Highly organized Gracious and effective communication skills Hands-on mentality High EQ A deep understanding of the care of fine materials and how to organize a fine home is appreciated Schedule: Off-season, Monday to Friday, approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The principals are happy to consider candidates who prefer anearlier start In-season, generally, Monday to Friday. Hours may vary according to the family's schedule Candidates should anticipate some regular weekend work during the summer season to assist with entertaining. Compensation: Excellent base compensation of $200,000 - $225,000 depending on experience and qualifications Comprehensive benefits package includes an annual discretionary bonus, fully paid health insurance, 401(k) with match, life and disability insurance, paid holidays, PTO, etc. #indmps
