Job Summary:
Provide patient care using the nursing process in alignment with organizational philosophy and standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Engage with patients, families, and visitors, upholding professional nursing standards and offering physical and psychological support.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current Arkansas LPN or RN license.
Current BLS certification & TB test.
Must pass medication/dosage calculations & IV therapy exams.
Maintain annual competencies & participate in education fairs.
Adhere to Standards of Behavior.
