Deine Aufgaben

• Conduct safety inspections: Regularly inspect work areas to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. 
• Develop & implement safety policies: Create and roll out safety policies and procedures tailored to the specific needs of the project site. 
• Training and Education: Provide safety trainings and educate workers, ensuring they understand safety protocols and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). 
• Accident Investigation: Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. 
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain records and documentation related to safety activities, including training sessions, inspections, and incident reports. 
• Promote Safety Culture: Foster a culture of safety within the organization by leading safety meetings and initiatives.

Dein Profil

• OSHA 30 – Construction
• CPR/AED Certification
• Previous experience in construction safety or a related field is preferred, along with knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
