Mountain Ltd. is looking for a Senior Drafter who’s ready to put their AutoCAD drafting skills to work on projects that connect communities and power the future of broadband and utilities. Responsibilities:

• Create construction documents, maps, staking sheets, schematics, permits, and service order drawings.
• Maintain and update CAD records with accurate data attributes.
• Support both pre- and post-construction drafting functions.
• Collaborate with engineers, permitting teams, and project managers to deliver accurate, timely designs.

Qualifications:
We’re seeking someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with deadlines. The ideal candidate brings both technical skills and industry knowledge.

• Associate’s degree in Geography, Drafting, Engineering, or equivalent work experience (2+ years).
• AutoCAD proficiency required.
• Telecom or utility permitting drafting experience required.
• Familiarity with construction records, mapping software, and relational databases.
