We are currently seeking Full Time and Part Time Live Chat Representatives to join Mosi's HR department in Tampa. As a Live Chat Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support through online chat. This position is vital to our company as you will be the first point of contact for many customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. You will work on a variety of projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, while also contributing to the overall success of Mosi.

As a Live Chat Representative at Mosi, you will engage with customers in real-time, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback. Your ability to communicate effectively and efficiently will be key in maintaining positive customer relationships. You will be involved in projects focused on improving customer service processes, optimizing response times, and increasing customer engagement. This role requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information via live chat
