GENERAL EVENT STAFF responsibilities include, but are not limited to demonstrating genuine hospitality and setting the stage for an exceptional event experience by making every single guest feel welcome upon event entrance. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

GENERAL EVENT STAFF ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS:

• Assist the Events and Entertainment department in the execution of all elements in the Fan Entertainment experience, and all-day on-field/entertainment and other on-field presentations and promotions
• Ticket Scanner
• VIP Event Staff
• Merchandise Sales
• Set up and Teardown as needed, prop movement as needed
• Greet and meet guests- while maintaining awareness of atmosphere, lines. Helping with games, being personable, and always welcoming
• Work as a team player at all times and be prepared to be flexible to ensure that operations are always as efficient as possible

GENERAL EVENT STAFF QUALIFICATIONS:

• To arrive at work for scheduled shifts and be punctual, always following company absence policy
• To provide a speedy, efficient, and professional level of service at all times
• To treat company property with due care and attention
• Detail-oriented and organized
• To be responsive to any guest’s request

GENERAL EVENT STAFF PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM JOB DUTIES:

• Ability to stand and walk on sometimes slippery surfaces for extended periods of time
• Ability to twist, turn, push, pull, and reach down, forward, and overhead repetitively; Kneel, squat, stoop, and crouch frequently
• Lift 40+ lbs as needed

GENERAL EVENT STAFF EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM JOB DUTIES:

• Willingness to adhere to health and safety rules.
• Good organizational skills.
• The ability to work unsupervised in a busy environment.
• Read and write English.
