Operate CAD workstation to design mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
Handle BIM coordination on commercial construction projects
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Support project documentation, revisions, and design updates as needed
Maintain quality and precision in all drafting work

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 4+ years of CAD drafting experience
Certification in AutoCAD or REVIT is preferred, not required
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and commercial construction practices
Ability to collaborate and coordinate in BIM environments
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
