Job Description

1. Responsible for EHS management and implementation in various warehouses within the region;
2. Responsible for KPI, compliance, risk and hazard investigation and tracking within the region;
3. Implement EHS policies, procedures, SOPs, and internal audits in the China region;
4. Responsible for EHS architecture, training, activities, and reporting;
5. Responsible for coordinating external EHS management and maintaining good communication with the government and relevant departments;
6. According to company policies and regulations, implement comprehensive EHS inspections to ensure the compliance of special equipment, transportation vehicles, storage, and maintenance personnel operations in each warehouse in the jurisdiction;
7. Responsible for approving EHS "three simultaneities" for renovation, expansion, and technical renovation projects within the region, supervising the implementation of safety, fire protection, occupational disease hazard protection facilities, and environmental protection facilities in the project;
8. Responsible for EHS qualification and government approval within the region, including re examination of special job operation certificates;
9. Responsible for managing regular third-party EHS inspections within the region, such as fire protection facility inspections, environmental protection inspections, occupational hazard factor inspections, and lightning protection inspections;
10. Responsible for managing occupational health examinations and health certificate examinations within the region;
11. EHS related work and arrangements in other regions, national fire technical support, etc.
12. Handle any other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
