Prep Academy Tutors of Southern Maryland is seeking a passionate and motivated Education Sales Consultant to join our team on a part-time, 100% commission basis. This opportunity is perfect for current teachers who are looking to supplement their income while making a difference in the lives of students.
Position: Education Sales Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and partners
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, parents, and community organizations
- Conduct consultations to understand clients' educational needs and provide tailored tutoring solutions
- Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a seamless transition for students into our programs
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and strategic planning
- Represent Prep Academy Tutors at local events and conferences
Qualifications:
- Experience in education, preferably with a background in teaching
- Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passion for helping students succeed and a commitment to educational excellence
