Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and coachable Entry Level Sales Trainee to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This role is designed for individuals who want to develop professional sales, communication, and leadership skills through hands-on training and real-world experience.

This position splits time between our office and retail partner locations, providing exposure to customer interaction, sales strategy, and brand representation.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and execute sales and customer engagement techniques
• Represent client brands professionally in retail environments
• Assist with new customer acquisition and product education
• Participate in daily training and development sessions
• Support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives
• Track performance and apply coaching feedback
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all settings

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required (college preferred)
• No prior sales experience required — full, paid training provided
• Strong communication and people skills
• Coachable, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Reliable transportation to office and retail locations

Schedule:

Full-time (40 hours per week with weekend availability)
