Job Description

SEEKING FULL TIME POSITION - 35- 40 hours per week

Join our team!! Emma Marie's Groom & Daycare in Mattapoisett, MA & Dartmouth, MA is looking for one dog daycare attendant to join our 30-person strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

Maintain control of dogs
Keeping playrooms and yards clean of messes at all times
Cleaning includes mopping, sweeping, trash, wiping crate bottoms, dishes, yard sanitization, scooping poop, and water refills.
Being proactive in making sure dogs are always in a clean and safe environment is key!
Able to perform meal prep with little or no guidance.
Learn how to identify dog breeds and have good energy to support calm atmosphere.
Caring for all furry friends as if they were a part of your family.

Qualifications

Must have prior dog daycare experience

Must love dogs and not mind getting dirty.
Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Ability to work flexible days and hours, including holidays and weekends.
Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast-paced environment.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH PROFESSIONAL ANIMAL CARE IS PREFERRED.

Pay rates based upon previous experience. Must be able to work weekend hours.
