Community-Based Art Therapist

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Art Therapy.
• Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) within two years of appointment.
• Limited permit as an Art Therapist required at the time of appointment.

Duties:

• Provides art therapy services in community mental health settings.
• Works with diverse populations, including individuals with disabilities, trauma survivors, and at-risk youth.
• Assesses and implements creative therapeutic interventions.
• Develops community outreach programs incorporating art therapy.
• Documents patient progress and collaborates with social service providers.
