Salary:

FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Your Responsibilities:

The Production Operator performs all essential duties in accordance with the Skills Matrix with particular emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity. Some of the key functions include but are not limited to:

• Incorporates raw ingredients based on customer specifications
• Follows batch tickets/mixing instructions to complete batches
• Updates raw material inventory using computer software (SAP)
• Must be available to work 3rd shift (11 PM – 7:30 AM)

Qualifications we are looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Technician experience is desired
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Compounding, blending, and/or mixing experience required
• Must be able to read and perform manufacturing work instructions
• Ability to perform basic computer functions in systems such as MS Office, SAP, etc.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50lbs as well as standing and walking for extended periods
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures from very hot to cold
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
