Join a Company that Empowers you to Build your Future Lennar is seeking a CAD Drafter to be responsible for production and maintenance of residential working drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software platforms. Applicant must be skilled in AutoCAD and Revit software and have a working knowledge of Single Family and Multi Family Residential construction.

Responsibilities: - Using AutoCAD, must be able to produce and maintain multiple projects at one time.
- Maximize team productivity and deliver professional integrity.
- May be asked to review and approve the work of third-party design consultants.
- Present work in a manner to ensure satisfaction or make revisions as necessary.
- Knowledge in all of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
- Perform a variety of tasks and offer extensive problem-solving skill-set.
- Ensure architectural work is completed on time.
- Maintain CAD standards and specifications.
- Knowledge of code compliance in all jurisdictions; city, county, state, international.
- Prepare CAD drawing for submittals, permit approvals, field change orders, construction documents.
- File management.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - Minimum Two (2) years of experience in drafting/design for high-volume production homebuilding operation.
- Two(2) – four(4) years AutoCAD (or higher) experience in Architectural discipline preferred.
- Associate’s degree or higher in Architecture, Drafting/Design or related discipline
- Valid driver’s license
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills – Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be able to perform accurate, consistent and detail-oriented work with simultaneously deadlines
- Must be highly motivated
- Must be able to handle constructive feedback and work in a team environment
