The Ideal Candidate:

Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of Ohio BMV procedures and requirements
Excels at processing titles, registrations, and temporary tags with perfect accuracy
Possesses experience with out-of-state title transfers and lien processing
Navigates complex title situations (salvage, rebuilt, lease buyouts, etc.) with confidence
Maintains exceptional organizational skills when managing high volume workflows
Communicates effectively with customers, lenders, BMV officials, and dealership staff

Key Responsibilities:

Process Ohio vehicle titles, registrations, and temporary tags with complete accuracy
Manage title work for trade-ins, purchases, and lease buyouts
Coordinate with lienholders and financial institutions to ensure proper documentation
Resolve title issues and discrepancies promptly and efficiently
Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with all Ohio title regulations
Stay current with changing Ohio BMV requirements and procedures
