Overview: Georgia 104.5 and ROCK103 are growing! First Media Services is looking to add new team members to our B2B sales team selling radio and digital advertising in Albany, Georgia.

• Minimum of high school diploma
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts for customer purchase transactions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
• Computer literate: familiar with Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated by the opportunity to make big sales
• Takes a personalized, tailored approach to all clients
• Craves knowledge and likes to learn about a variety of clients and industries
• Manage time well with the ability to handle complex accounts that involve different types of media
• Big picture thinker who anticipates problems with the knowledge and curiosity to seek the best solutions for clients
• Decisive with the ability to persuade clients on the benefits of investing in marketing campaigns
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not a requirement.
• Ability to travel to local customer locations with reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license and state mandated automobile insurance

Expectations/Duties:

• Goal oriented with a desire for success
• Actively prospect (phone, email and face-to-face) while servicing and building relationships with existing clients
• Work with clients and prospects to create unique solutions that match their business
• Build customized proposals by researching client industries and companies
• Hours: Monday through Friday 8a-5p. Some time required outside the normal hours to participate in events, remotes or as needed to service clients.
