Admin & Marketing Consultant – Personal & Professional Development Sector

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organised and motivated professional to support the marketing and administrative functions of our personal development and leadership brand. This is a self-managed, independent contractor role where your admin and marketing strengths will directly contribute to impactful work—without the corporate politics or rigid structure.

This is not a salaried position. Instead, it offers a performance-based earning model, suitable for independent professionals ready to take control of their time and outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Represent and market personal development and leadership programs through digital channels.
  • Participate in weekly online development sessions to enhance product and marketing knowledge.
  • Conduct consultations with individuals interested in personal growth and leadership development.
  • Manage your workflow and schedule independently (minimum of 15–20 hours/week).
  • Engage with a supportive professional network and ongoing training.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in coaching, learning and development, training, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • Confidence using digital tools, including Zoom, email, and social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and tasks independently.
  • Alignment with values of personal development, leadership, and lifelong learning.
  • Based in Australia, USA, Canada or NZ.
