As a Billing Specialist , you will be instrumental in managing and executing the company’s financial transactions with a focus on technology and customer support. This role involves handling daily financial duties including preparing bank deposits, managing accounts receivable, and maintaining accurate billing records.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares daily bank deposits, reviews for accuracy.
Applies payments to outstanding invoices in a timely manner.
Monitors and maintains accounts receivable aging.
Assists with accounts receivable process through correspondence and collection calls as directed.
Prepares customer invoices; reconciles customer accounts.
Retrieves credit reports and assists with review of customer credit issues.
Maintains accounts receivable files.
Supports Account Management by supplying detailed invoicing and payment information, as well as assisting in preparing customer forecasts.
Assists with related special projects as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Programs
Able to adapt to changing conditions.
Deal with Purchase Orders and keeping track of amounts.
Work with Sales Tax.
Prepare forecast/accruals for clients.
Deal with multiple departments.
Work with contracts that can have many different levels of billing.
