Job Description

We are a growing start-up company looking for a talented Freelance Graphic Designer to join our community. As a Freelance Graphic Designer , you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

At Fud, we believe in the power of knowledge sharing and community support. Our platform brings together a diverse group of side hustlers, including freelancers, content creators, gig workers, resellers, solopreneurs, and more.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to aspiring freelance graphic designers
Develop personalized action plans to help individuals accelerate their side hustles
Motivate and inspire side hustlers to overcome challenges and achieve success
Offer guidance on branding, marketing, pricing, and scaling strategies
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in side hustles
Collaborate with other coaches and mentors to foster a supportive community
Create content, including articles, videos, and presentations to share insights and tips
Conduct workshops and webinars on various side hustle topics

Requirements

Proven experience as a graphic designer
Strong understanding of design principles
Excellent visual and communication skills
Proven experience in successful side hustles or entrepreneurship
Strong coaching and mentoring skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to understand and adapt to different individual needs and goals
Passion for helping others succeed and achieve their side hustle ambitions
Continuous learner with a growth mindset
