As a Wealth Strategist Market Manager within PNC's Private Bank organization, you will be based in Philadelphia, PA. This role may also be located in the Delware or New Jersey regions. As the Market Manager you will be responsible for a team of 7-8 Wealth Strategists in the Central PA, Philadelphia, Delware, and New Jersey regions. The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications: - eMoney experience - Management of people in a team environment - CFP certification - Experience working with various levels of Sr. management - Strong leadership skills - Strategic planning experience - People and process management experience **Job Description** + Directs and oversees the Wealth Strategy function, including critical measurements of assigned market or group. Supports the overall mission and vision of the business. Coordinates/conducts acquisition, performance management, mentoring and coaching reviews of Wealth Strategists while attaining noteworthy customer experience results. + Develops and executes strategies to ensure that the goals and objectives of the geographic area (and/or team) can be met. Monitors adherence to AMG's risk and compliance policies and processes for the assigned area. + Builds relationships and works closely with internal and external business leaders to facilitate integrated business development opportunities and solutions for clients. + Assesses the scope and resources required for various modular tax, estate and financial plans and manages the resources for efficiency. + Serves as a subject matter authority for the assigned team and business leadership. Manages the execution of group project activities to support the ongoing strategic plans of the Wealth Strategy group.
