About Us:
SugaringNYC Cypress is an upscale, organic waxing and lash studio offering:

• Sugaring (a natural alternative to waxing)
• Vajacials
• Brow Lamination
• Keratin Lash Lifts

Our signature sugar paste is made with just three ingredients—sugar, lemon, and water—making it ideal for all skin types, especially sensitive skin. It's known to hurt less and last longer than traditional waxing. As the leading sugaring franchise in the U.S., we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional experiences to both clients and team members.

Schedule:

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Thursday through Sunday availability required
• Open 7 days a week:
  • Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Sat: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sun: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Perform full-body sugaring and lash/brow services according to company standards.
• Educate clients on services and retail products.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
• Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote client rebooking and proper at-home care.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of treatment room and studio.
• Rotate receptionist duties: bookings, payments, and client communication.
• Work collaboratively to support team and studio goals.
• Attend quarterly team meetings.
• Maintain current TX Esthetician or Cosmetologist license.

Requirements:

• Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology License in Texas (required).
• 1+ year of customer service experience (preferred).
• Willingness to learn and master sugaring technique.
• Ability to commute or relocate to Cypress, TX prior to start.
