Position: Waste Water Treatment Manager

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of our waste water treatment facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
* Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce environmental impact.
* Lead a team of skilled technicians and operators, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve operational excellence.
* Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
* Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and communicate key performance metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in waste water treatment operations, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
* Strong understanding of environmental regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues, analyze data, and implement effective solutions.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
