As the WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR, you will safely assist with managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Warehouse to obtain optimum use of facilities, equipment, and personnel.

Job Summary:

Assist with managing all aspects of Warehouse to obtain optimum use of facilities, equipment, and personnel. Monitor inventory, schedule delivery of
product, warehousing, and facility management. Work with manager to develop team. Assign duties to ensure proper maintenance of the building facilities and equipment. Monitor picking of orders and motivate team to increase productivity and provide training to improve rates and eliminate errors. Enter information into Warehouse Management System for review by management. Monitor employee compliance with company, vendor and regulatory requirements.

or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Job Requirements:

Associate’s Degree plus at least 3 years of similar or related experience with at least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience; or equivalent
combination of education and experience. Advanced communication skills, strong technical competence and computer skills requiring knowledge of word processing software, e-mail software, spreadsheet software, inventory
