Your Job Guardian Glass is seeking you to become our next Warehouse Supervisor at our Float Glass Facility in Geneva, NY!
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for developing your team into a high performing unit while advancing our vision and culture. What You Will Do • Supervise daily warehouse operations including storage, inventory, and product alignment
• Supervise, train, and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety
• Monitor inventory accuracy and implement controls to reduce missing, loss, or damaged product
• Assist in the optimization of the warehouse layout and workflow to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with logistics and production teams to meet operational goals
• Maintain compliance and safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Identify and implement process to improvements and cost-savings initiatives
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory of experience in a warehouse environment
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel to track and diagnose data
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and warehouse safety practices
• Ability to work 7 - 7 monthly rotational shifts between days and nights
This role is not eligible for sponsorship For this role, we anticipate paying $65,000 - $75,000k per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
