Job Description

An international  manufacturer is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor  to join their supply chain team in Greenville, SC .

This role is responsible for leading warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment, driving safety, quality, and efficiency while supervising and developing a high-performing team.

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff through effective communication, performance management, and training

• Recruit, onboard, and support employee development to build a high-performing team

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including staffing, scheduling, workflow, and prioritization to meet operational goals

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve processes
  

• Establish, enforce, and maintain quality, safety, and organizational standards
  

• Monitor warehouse performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare operational reports
  

• Develop, implement, and improve warehouse systems, procedures, and controls

• Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work environment

• Resolve operational and personnel issues using data-driven decision making
  

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support overall supply chain objectives

 
Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, other combinations of education and experience will be considered
  

• 5+ years of progressive warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment

• Excellent Leadership Skills
  

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  

• ERP system experience, preferably SAP
  

• Proven history of instilling a culture of continuous improvement.
  

• Able to effectively communicate up and down the organizational hierarchy.
